My friends and family often ask me how I'm able to make money with my blogs, and although I've written about this before, I'd like to put together a more comprehensive guide for those of you who are just starting out and don't know exactly where to begin.

First, I'd like to say that you have to go in with a mindset that blogging is a business. As such, you have to treat it just like any business. You will have to put in some work at the beginning, but after your blog has gained some traction, it will get easier to maintain.
